I am a deep learning scientist at Flagship Pioneering in Boston where I utilize machine and deep learning algorithms to discover and design novel small molecule and lipid-based drugs for targeted delivery. I obtained my PhD in Engineering Physics from Michigan Tech University, where I worked on developing ML models to simulate the large-scale structure of the Universe. In addition to drug discovery and cosmology, my interdisciplinary research extends across astro-particle physics (developing the phenomenon of relativistic image doubling), geo-information sciences (building software pipelines to study the relationship between aerosol optical depth and PM2.5), and structural biology (to generate novel RNA components optimized for functional enhancement).
