I am a deep learning scientist at Flagship Pioneering in Boston where I utilize machine and learning algorithms to discover and design novel small molecule and lipid-based drugs for targeted delivery. I earned my PhD in Engineering Physics from Michigan Tech University, where I worked on developing ML models to simulate the large-scale structure of the Universe. In addition to drug discovery and cosmology, my interdisciplinary research extends across astro-particle physics (developing the phenomenon of relativistic image doubling), geoinformation sciences (building software pipelines to study the relationship between aerosol optical depth and PM2.5), and structural biology (to generate novel RNA components optimized for functional enhancement).
